在環(huán)保部、住房及城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、青島大學(xué)等科研院所的大力支持下，公司先后依托國家高新技術(shù)計(jì)劃、國家重點(diǎn)新產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃、建設(shè)部科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目等多個(gè)好的項(xiàng)目，開發(fā)出擁有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的太陽能與熱泵結(jié)合技術(shù)污泥干化成套設(shè)備。
該污泥干化處理系統(tǒng)，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥無害化、減量化、穩(wěn)定化、資源化。該系統(tǒng)已通過了國家建設(shè)部的專家論證，開創(chuàng)了我國利用新能源處理處置污泥的新紀(jì)元。技術(shù)達(dá)到國內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平，可廣泛用于市政、化工、冶金、電力、煤炭等多種行業(yè)的污泥處理處置。
Affiliated to Shandong Diamond Group and located in Yucheng High & New Technology Development Zone, Shandong Fuhang New Energy Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacture of complete equipment for solid waste and sludge treatment. As high and new technology enterprise combining manufacturing, technical service and technical consultation, it has a registered capital of RMB 10 million, land coverage of 100,000 m2 and an employment of over 150 including more than 50 engineering and technical professionals.
Under strong support by Environment Protection Ministry, Housing and Urban/Rural Construction Ministry, Qingdao University and other scientific research institutes, the Company has developed complete sludge drying equipment combining solar power and heat pump techniques with independent intellectual property rights for national high and new technology programs,national priority new product programs and key technical projects of Ministry of Construction.
The sludge drying system truly realizes sludge harmless treatment, quantity reduction, stabilization and reutilization. The system has passed expert argumentation by Ministry of Construction and created a new epoch in sludge treatment with new energy in China. Standing on the domestic advanced level, the technology is widely applicable to sludge treatment in municipal, chemical, metallurgical, power supply, coal mining and other industries.
