本產(chǎn)品采用高級進(jìn)口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經(jīng)過細(xì)制研磨加工組合而成，適用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優(yōu)異的附著力。油墨特性：1、平光(如需亮光請選擇我司JL系列)、附著力佳、耐酒精、耐化學(xué)品；2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強、抗刮傷；4、耐酒精、耐化學(xué)品程度佳；印刷：選用網(wǎng)目為100-420目，以120T聚酯單絲、感光膠網(wǎng)版計算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達(dá)35~40㎡。表干時間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內(nèi)，48小時后達(dá)*佳性能。1.用B-03專用稀釋劑開油水2.用718洗網(wǎng)水洗網(wǎng)。3.可選擇添加JS-9硬化劑10%用于增加油墨附著力及物理化學(xué)抗性。4.烤箱80℃烘烤30分鐘佳能更優(yōu)。測試方法(完全干燥后)：1.3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。2.純度99%的酒精500G力在油墨表面來回擦拭200次無脫色。使用方法：1.使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢�，用后隨時密封。2.攪拌時先加固化劑靜置10分鐘后，再加稀釋劑10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度。3. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為4-6小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收。4.網(wǎng)版塞網(wǎng)時可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗。5.不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。注意事項：1.各種物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產(chǎn)。2.在移印過程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開現(xiàn)象，可適當(dāng)加入一些慢干膏即可。3.環(huán)境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質(zhì)量。4.請遠(yuǎn)離火源，避光保存。
