印度BIS型號(hào)撤銷和關(guān)鍵零部件更新的自動(dòng)化
1為了提供更好的服務(wù)和更快地處理服務(wù)請(qǐng)求，BIS已決定將型號(hào)撤銷和關(guān)鍵零部件更新流程自動(dòng)化。
2. 建議持證人在線提交申請(qǐng)前先自行檢查型號(hào)的正確性，如發(fā)現(xiàn)任何不符應(yīng)在網(wǎng)上提交申請(qǐng)前通知BIS。
3. 依據(jù)BIS法案、規(guī)則和條例，型號(hào)撤銷、停產(chǎn)聲明并不能免除持證人和AIR對(duì)于該產(chǎn)品的責(zé)任。
4. 持證人需注意的是，關(guān)鍵零部件更新應(yīng)理解為安全關(guān)鍵零部件的原部件改動(dòng)或添加。PCB布局、電路圖、設(shè)計(jì)圖、額定值的任何改動(dòng)，以及任何影響系列劃分的改動(dòng)都不能構(gòu)成關(guān)鍵零部件更新。安全關(guān)鍵組件需符合現(xiàn)有法規(guī)、準(zhǔn)則。
5. 持證人提交關(guān)鍵零部件更新后，該申請(qǐng)將被記錄在案，與此同時(shí)BIS系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)發(fā)出提醒郵件。

Sub: Automatic processing of Model Withdrawal and CCL updation
1. In order to provide better service and faster processing of service requests, it has been decided to automate the process for Model Withdrawal and Critical Component List update.
2. Licensees are advised to check the correctness of model number on portal prior to submission of online request and any discrepancy may be brought to notice of BIS before online submission.
3. Model withdrawal / EOL declaration does not absolve licensee/AIR of the responsibility of the product in accordance with BIS Act, Rules & Regulations.
4. Licensee may kindly note that change of source or addition in alternate safety critical components can constitute a CCL update. Any change in PCB layout, circuit, design, rating etc. or any change affecting series guidelines cannot constitute a CCL update. The safety critical components need to comply with existing regulations/guidelines.
5. CCL update request, when submitted by licensee, will be placed on records and an automated intimation would be sent.
