1) 非標(biāo)型30P螺桿式冷水機(jī)，低溫注塑專(zhuān)用50P制冷機(jī)參數(shù)安裝機(jī)組時(shí)，注意不要損壞機(jī)組，冷水機(jī)四周與其它物體的凈空距離不得少于800mm,以方便維修保養(yǎng)機(jī)組與散熱。

3) 冷凍水回路必須安裝Y型過(guò)濾器，封閉式冷凍水系統(tǒng)*高處必須安裝自動(dòng)排氣閥，系統(tǒng)*低處安裝排水接頭，以便系統(tǒng)排水用。

4) 根據(jù)機(jī)組制冷能力選用匹配的冷卻塔。

5) 用戶連接水管時(shí)，請(qǐng)確認(rèn)示意圖中出、入水管道位置，錯(cuò)接管道將導(dǎo)致機(jī)組無(wú)法正常運(yùn)行。機(jī)組預(yù)留的水管接駁口管徑均為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尺寸，任何情況下水管口徑均不能小于接駁口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管徑，否則將導(dǎo)致壓力報(bào)警、并對(duì)壓縮機(jī)、水泵造成損壞。
6) 冷凍水喉通過(guò)試漏后，包保溫層，避免冷量散失及管路滴水。
